This mixed tenure development for Newlon Housing Trust regenerates a redundant & derelict site with an attractive and distinctive contemporary building.

The project provides a sustainable mix of one, two and three bedroom dwellings. The majority of the units are dual aspect and their orientation ensures all dwellings benefit from direct sunlight. All apartments have generous balconies and terraces.

Our design maximizes the sites potential but the completed building fits comfortably into its context and maintains the amenity of neighbouring properties.

Stock brick facades anchor the design to its locality. Deep window reveals & inset balconies create a carved-out, sculptured aesthetic. Anthracite coloured zinc panelling provides an attractive contrast at the top floor level.

The development meets Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, achieves high levels of CO2 reduction compared to Building Regulation requirements and provides a safe & secure environment in line with Secured by Design standards.
