Supported Housing

MEPK have designed five projects for Newlon Housing Trust that provide specialist homes for persons with learning difficulties, autism and physical disabilities

The developments enable residents to live independently whilst receiving on-site care and support. Communal lounges, shared gardens and entrance foyers are located and designed to encourage resident and visitor interaction.

Layouts and designs aim to promote a non-institutional feel both inside and out. Learning from the first development was captured and incorporated into subsequent projects.
