Keyworker Housing

These developments provide much needed accommodation for the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. A total of 153 units, including a mix of cluster units, studios and apartments, are provided at the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospitals.

Blocks on both sites provide a rhythm of built form and generate a series of landscape led, connected spaces. Key marker features aid wayfinding and define gateways onto and through the sites. Materiality responds to context including the Headington Conservation Area.
