Brent Peoples Partnership

Following on from the success of an earlier sheltered housing project, Network Housing Association selected MEPK to work on 13 sites across the London Borough of Brent. The projects include a number of new build schemes and the refurbishment and remodelling of existing buildings.

The buildings provide more comprehensive care support than traditional sheltered housing, whilst making it possible for residentís to continue living independent lives.

The Peascroft House scheme in Harlesden won ‘Best New Development by a Housing Association’ in the 2003 London Evening Standard New Homes Awards.
