Peridot Court

MEPK Architect’s design overcomes the challenges presented by this constrained Central London site.

The stepped building, containing four large apartments, mediates between Victorian and 20th Century buildings surrounding the site and reduces the impact on houses and gardens to the rear. Distinctive brick and timber building forms create a simple composition and contemporary appearance.

Apartments face south and overlook an attractive square. Generous balconies and a roof top terrace provide on-site amenity space.
